How we deliver

We deliver whatever fits — not what we’re selling.

Once the audit is clear, delivery is the straightforward part. Because we’re independent, we choose from every option on the table and recommend the honest best fit for your business and budget — off-the-shelf, our own products, or custom-built.

Three ways to deliver. One honest recommendation.

Most firms that advise you also sell you one specific thing. We don’t. The audit tells us which mix of off-the-shelf, our products and custom will actually move the needle — and we’ll tell you when the answer is “buy”, not “build”, or even “don’t spend this yet”.

It starts with the audit

Delivery is the answer — the audit is the question

We don’t lead with a product. We diagnose your business across three areas, then deliver against what we find.

Common questions

How we deliver — FAQs

Is SAP Business One your main product?

No. SAP Business One is one of several off-the-shelf platforms we implement when it is the right fit. We are independent — we also deliver Odoo, Openbravo, our own products, or fully custom software, chosen by what suits your business, not by what we resell.

How do you decide off-the-shelf vs custom?

The audit decides. Off-the-shelf wins when a proven platform covers most of your needs affordably. Custom wins when your process is your competitive edge. Often it is a blend, with integration tying it together.

Do you lock us into your own products?

No. We recommend our own products only when they genuinely fit. Everything we deliver is built to be maintainable and, where possible, on open standards — so you are never trapped with us.

Where does AI come in?

Across every delivery mode — automating repetitive work, accelerating builds, and tailoring solutions to your business. We use AI where it adds real value, and we are upfront about it.

Not sure which fits? That’s what the audit is for.
