Infrastructure that supports growth, not fights it.

Cloud bills that climb faster than revenue, fragile systems that need babysitting, platforms that can’t scale. We right-size and modernise your cloud and infrastructure for cost, reliability and scale — with a migration plan that doesn’t bet the business on a big-bang switch.

The signs we see

Straining as you grow

Cloud bills climbing faster than the business itself

Fragile systems that need constant babysitting to stay up

Infrastructure that buckles the moment demand spikes

No clear path off ageing servers or legacy platforms

Integrations held together with brittle, undocumented glue

Deployments that are slow, manual and nerve-wracking

A modern cloud and network platform

A platform that supports the business as it grows — not one that fights it.

What our audit looks at

Cost, reliability, scale — measured

The infrastructure audit shows you exactly where money, reliability and capacity are being lost — and what to fix first.

Cost & right-sizing

Where your cloud spend is going, and where it’s wasted. Right-sizing is often the fastest money back on the table.

Reliability & resilience

Single points of failure, backup and recovery, and what actually happens when something goes down at 2am.

Scalability & architecture

Whether the platform can grow with you — and where event-driven, containerised or serverless design would pay off.

Migration path

A realistic route off legacy systems that doesn’t bet the business on a single big-bang switchover.

Outcomes

Platforms built to carry the load

A national insurer

Consolidated 15+ SaaS products onto a single Kafka-based event backbone serving as the system of record.

A large postal & logistics operator

Planned and led migration off legacy BizTalk and Ruby/Python systems onto a modern integration platform.

A government social-services platform

Delivered cloud infrastructure meeting strict national cloud-security requirements — a month ahead of schedule.

Common questions

Infrastructure FAQs

Do we have to move everything to the cloud?

No. The right answer is often a mix of cloud, on-premise and hybrid — and sometimes staying where you are is correct. We assess what each workload actually needs and recommend accordingly, not by default.

How do you avoid a risky big-bang migration?

We migrate incrementally — moving one capability at a time, running old and new in parallel, and proving each step before the next. The business keeps running throughout, and there’s no single day everything depends on.

Can you actually reduce our cloud bill?

Usually, yes. Right-sizing over-provisioned resources, fixing inefficient architecture and removing waste is one of the most common quick wins we find — often paying for the engagement on its own.

How do you improve reliability and uptime?

We design out single points of failure, put proper monitoring and recovery in place, and automate deployments so changes are safe and repeatable. The goal is infrastructure you stop having to think about.
