Co-founder & CEO
Inderjeet co-founded Indivar in 2009 and leads the company as CEO. His work centres on SAP Business One implementations, GST and compliance enablement, and the group’s IoT and industrial-automation initiatives — connecting business systems to the shop floor. He focuses on turning technology into practical, measurable gains for clients.

Varinder Singh
Co-founder & CTO · Principal Architect
Varinder co-founded Indivar in 2009. He is an enterprise and solution architect with 30+ years of experience across insurance, banking, government, healthcare, retail and manufacturing — across the US, Tanzania, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and India. An MBA as well as an architect, he has founded and run several companies, so his advice is grounded in running a business, not just building software. He leads Indivar’s consulting and delivery, pairing senior judgement with AI-augmented engineering.

Samir leads engineering and delivery across Indivar’s client engagements and product portfolio. With 13+ years in software — as an engineer, team lead and project manager — he turns plans into shipped work, owning scope, risk, timelines and quality, and keeping projects on track through change. Disciplined on process, hands-on with web apps and platforms.

Harpreet Kaur Ahluwalia
Head — Global Recruitment & Client Acquisition
Harpreet leads global recruitment and client acquisition across the Indivar group. Over 15+ years she has built and scaled hiring pipelines across India, the US, Australia and Southeast Asia — placing talent at companies from Apple to government enterprises. Her expertise spans permanent staffing, executive search and cross-border placements (C2H, C2C, bulk and government), with a track record of closing critical roles in record time. MBA (distinction, GNDU); IIM Kozhikode certified in HR Analytics.

Blaise Victor Pereira
Head — SAP & ERP Delivery
Blaise leads SAP Business One and ERP delivery at Indivar. A solution architect with 33 years in IT — more than 15 of them specialising in SAP Business One — he runs implementations end to end: business-process design, custom add-on specification, manufacturing workflows and mobile app design. His delivery spans manufacturing, engineering, aluminium, chemicals, consumer products and trading, across India, Africa, Thailand and the USA. He owns the hard part of ERP — turning messy, real-world operations into systems people actually run.

Rohit Sharma
DevOps & Infrastructure Manager
Rohit leads DevOps and infrastructure at Indivar. Over 14+ years across DevOps, systems administration and IT management, he has built local data centres, engineered secure networks, and run high-stakes government and private projects with stringent data-security demands. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, he is security-driven by default — strong across cloud architecture, enterprise firewalls, secure deployments and complex IT operations. His disaster-recovery experience runs deep, including restoring crashed international IT environments end to end.
