The dashboard, inbox, chatbots, automations, reports and support — covered by a simple BoldRelay plan. Plan tiers and a free starter option are being finalised for launch.
2 · WhatsApp's message charges
These go to Meta, not to us — set by WhatsApp and the same on any official platform. BoldRelay passes them straight through, shown line by line. You pay us for the platform, not a cut of every message.
How WhatsApp charges for messages
Replying to a customer who messaged you first is free. You're mainly charged when your business starts the conversation — and useful messages cost far less than promotions.
Indicative India rates (early 2026): marketing ~₹0.88, utility & authentication ~₹0.13 each, service free. WhatsApp sets rates by the recipient's country and changes them periodically — your dashboard always shows the current rates. Anyone advertising “unlimited WhatsApp messages” for a one-time fee is either talking only about software, or using an unofficial method that can get your number banned.
