Home Appliance Company (HAC)
HAC, a leading home-appliance (white goods) brand, consolidated fragmented, multi-branch legacy systems onto a high-availability, cloud-hosted SAP Business One V10 on HANA (FP2111). Indivar layered custom automation over standard ERP — bulk inventory posting, isolated multi-branch document series, cloud print routing and real-time e-invoicing — to run thousands of moving parts across states without latency.
HAC’s growth was constrained by structural bottlenecks that standard ERP could not solve. Periodic physical stock counts at large regional warehouses needed hours of manual line-item entry, and out-of-the-box imports could not auto-partition matrixed multi-warehouse adjustments without freezing item ledgers. Disparate branches needed strict document separation and isolated tax sequencing while staying globally consolidated. Hosting everything in a remote cloud caused print-routing failures at high-velocity billing centres during peak shipping. And real-time government E-Invoice / E-Way Bill generation frequently stalled during rapid dispatch cycles.
Indivar deployed HAC on a high-availability, cloud-hosted SAP Business One V10 on HANA (FP2111), then engineered four custom layers on top of standard ERP to remove the bottlenecks — turning multi-day reconciliation, fragmented branches, cloud print failures and compliance stalls into automated, real-time operations. The result is a zero-latency digital distribution platform that scales across states.
What we built on top
Automated bulk-inventory & multi-post batch engine
Warehouse operators drop an Excel manifest (item code, warehouse, stock, price); a custom .NET add-on validates values against SAP item masters and programmatically splits the load, triggering multiple physical stock entries in a single execution — turning a multi-day reconciliation into a ~2-minute automated task.
High-performance financial registers
Purpose-built Purchase and Sales Registers engineered via advanced Crystal Reports and optimised HANA queries — compiling deep tax summaries (including GST debit-note and item credit-note mapping) for real-time margin visibility.
Isolated multi-branch & document-series framework
Database-level SAP Transaction Notification routines and meticulously mapped document series keep financial postings, legal invoice numbers and warehouse logs distinct per branch yet consolidated at corporate — with validation that blocks unauthorised cross-branch actions.
Cloud infrastructure & instant-compliance ecosystem
Deployed on enterprise cloud via RDP, with TSprint bridging cloud-to-local printing for instant high-volume invoice output, and the Uneecops add-on auto-appending legal IRNs and E-Way credentials in real time as documents post to the database.

Chandigarh Smart City Weighbridges
Chandigarh, a smart city, needed real-time visibility of municipal waste collection across its weighbridges. As software partner to weighbridge manufacturer Maxim Mechatronics, Indivar integrated 14 weighbridges across six to seven sites into the city’s SCADA system — turning each into a connected IoT node that streams every weighing event, backed by sensors, traffic-light guidance and CCTV evidence.
AgriTech & Computer VisionHybrid Agrobots
Hybrid Agrobots builds high-speed grading and sorting machines, and Indivar is its software partner. For its egg-grading line, Indivar built BoldVision — a C++ computer-vision and machine-learning system that inspects eggs in real time on the line, grading each one by appearance and weight and diverting defects automatically. It keeps pace with the current egg machine at 40,000 per hour, and throughput scales with the underlying hardware and the produce being graded. The same engine is designed to grade round fruit and vegetables next.
FinTech & Digital PaymentsNew Zealand Payment Gateway
A leading New Zealand payment gateway provider partnered with Indivar to make its payment services easy to adopt across more than ten e-commerce platforms. Indivar designed and built secure, merchant-friendly gateway extensions — payment, capture, refund and transaction management — for platforms including Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, X-Cart and Drupal Commerce, accelerating merchant onboarding and expanding the provider’s reach.
